The collection of digital structural data related to the energy levels, transitions and spectral line parameters of the water molecule are formed. The collection represents the main part of the water spectral characteristics which were published in the scientific journals in period from 1950 to 2007.
The ontologies of the molecular spectroscopy tasks were designed and implemented using the OWL facilities. The individuals of the ontologies were automatically generated during the process of data input in the information system. The personal classification of the gathered informational resources have to be done with editor Protege.
The informational system W@DIS based on W3C recommendations and oriented for gathering, storage, delivering and representing structured information on six typical molecular spectroscopy was designed and implemented. |
