Web site "Molecular Spectroscopy" contains molecular data, which are results of INTAS project "Complete Spectroscopy of Water: Experiment and Theory" (grant 03-51-3394) and represents the part of resources in the EU FP7 infrastructure project "Virtual Atomic and Molecular Data Center"  (grant No.239108).
